Under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, customers in the European Union may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. At NorthPeak we voluntarily extend this period to 30 days.

Complete the form below to notify us of your withdrawal. You may also send any other unequivocal statement to contact@northpeak.com.

To NorthPeak (contact@northpeak.com): I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods.

How the return works

  1. Send this form (or email us).
  2. We reply within 3 business days with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item unused and unwashed, with tags and original packaging.
  4. Ship it back using the instructions we provide.
  5. Your refund is issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item, and in any case within 14 days of us receiving it or of receiving proof that you sent it back.

Conditions

  • Statutory withdrawal period: 14 days from delivery. NorthPeak extends it to 30 days.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • No restocking fee is charged.
  • Faulty or incorrectly shipped items are covered by our Refund Policy at our cost.
